RETURN POLICY

If a product fails to meet your expectations,  you may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery with a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please email Levata@edventurepromotions.com or call customer service at 1-312-440-1800. To request a return and RA#, please note your reason for wanting to return your order and we will refund, replace, or exchange it for you.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. RA# must be displayed on outside of box(es), when returned.
